Springboarders on every team have spent years in specialty retail (by last tally we have over 180 years of retail experience & counting). We put customers first because we just get it.

Steven’s journey with Springboard Retail started over 5 years ago, as a user of Springboard Retail at upscale apparel retailer Mahi Gold. In his application to join Springboard Retail, Steven emphasized his ability to “understand firsthand the value and efficiency that Springboard Retail offers.” As a member of our Customer Success team, customers were—not surprisingly—impressed by Steven’s ability to be empathetic and solution-oriented. Today, Steven works on our Sales team.
