What is a selling station?

A selling station is a device used to ring sales or fulfill sales orders placed from a phone, store, or website. All other access to Springboard is free and users are unlimited!

What are your support telephone hours?

Customers in our Professional tier receive phone support from 9am-8pm EST

Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm EST Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Customers in our Enterprise tier receive phone support from 7am-9pm EST

Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm EST Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
