Springboard Retail Introduces In-Store Replenishment Tool to its Retail Management Platform

BOSTON, MASpringboard Retail, the leading cloud POS and Retail Management platform today announces a new key feature in beta—in-store replenishment—designed to help retailers boost sales and efficiency by keeping their sales floors profitably stocked and merchandised with minimal downtime.

Springboard Retail’s new in-store replenishment tool eliminates the time-consuming need to comb through the day’s receipts to determine what has sold or do a manual cross-check of what is on the floor versus back stock. Instead, retailers can now easily run a replenishment report with just one click, detailing the item and quantity sold, quantity still on hand, and bin location, making restocking the sales floor quick and efficient. Replenishments can be done as frequently as the retailer requires—be it once an hour or once a day—and the tool will always remember the last time one was completed so inventory stays accurate.

“This feature is a game changer,” said Sam Salamack, Director of Stores for Resort Retail Group. “Replenishing our sales floor used to be a tedious and manual process, so on busy days, that meant not getting to it until after close. By leaving size and merchandise gaps on the floor, we were constantly missing out on potential revenue.”
