As Autumn begins, we’re excited to announce another wave of enhancements coming to the Springboard Retail Commerce Platform. Our design and development teams have been hard at work building the ultimate omnichannel selling experience for customers and store associates. Springboard Retail is Introducing Design Improvements and Omnichannel Selling from the Point-of-Sale

Associates can now complete multiple transactions from the same clean, easy-to-use screen access across channels to all available inventory. Customers can walk out with items from the store inventory (or just the ones they want to wear that day!), and have everything else shipped to the destination (or destinations!) they desire.

This allows in-store associates to access to all available inventory and creates an engaging and pleasing experience for shoppers that can instantly boost sales! A win-win all around!

Coming soon: other new features!

  • Search and select on Reporting Analysis:
    When building your reports, you can now search on our robust set of groups and metrics to help you easily select and customize your reports. No more scanning and scrolling through a large list of options!
  • Create and add items from Purchase Orders:
    You can now create an item directly from the Purchase Order screen and add it to your purchase order immediately afterwards — saving you time on your important workflows.
